Yes. We invite you to unwind in our relaxation spaces for up to 30 minutes following your service, allowing for a gentle return to your day. The lounges are robe only zones, no street clothes allowed in the lounges.
Yes, our wellness lounges are co-ed. Our spa attendants will be there to guide you and ensure you are directed comfortably throughout your experience.
Our spa is designed as a serene retreat for beauty, wellness, and relaxation. We kindly ask that all guests speak softly and respect the tranquil environment.
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, we ask that all devices be silenced during your visit.

Out of respect for guest privacy, photos and videos are not permitted in locker rooms or private spaces.

Harassment or inappropriate behavior directed to our staff or guests will result in the immediate discontinuation of services and refusal of future bookings. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. Missed appointments are subject to full service charges.
Yes, a valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Gift cards are not valid to secure appointments.
If you arrive after your scheduled time, your service may be adjusted to avoid disruption to other guests. Full service pricing will remain in effect.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Venmo is also available for gratuities.
Gratuity is not included unless noted for group bookings or special events.
Our standard gift cards do not expire. Promotional or bonus cards may carry expiration dates and specific terms.
Gift cards purchased prior to 2012 are subject to prior terms and expiration dates.
Children under the age of 10 are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. Spa guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian consent form completed prior to their appointment.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days with receipt for exchange or refund.
Clothing must have original tags and is eligible for store credit only.
Hair extensions, wigs, tools, brushes, and opened or used items are final sale.
We guarantee the work we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

Halotherapy, or "halo" salt therapy is a drug-free, non-invasive alternative therapy that involves breathing in micronized dry pharmaceutical-grade salt in a controlled, spa-like environment. It is designed to mimic the natural microclimate of a salt cave to improve respiratory health, skin conditions, and overall well-being.
The cabin is a co-ed room where 4 loungers allow multiple guests to experience the therapy simultaneously.
Most guests choose to relax in their spa robes, though wearing a bathing suit or comfortable athleisure wear is recommended if you prefer more direct contact with the infrared. Clothing is required.
No, this is not a sauna. This is a low heat, high impact experience. Unlike a sauna the cabin temperature is at comfortable 72 degrees. Your body will warm internally with the infrared heaters. You can customize the infrared intensity to your liking. Some people perspire slightly as they detox.
No, this service can only be reserved as an add on to another spa service like a massage, facial, or body treatment. This experience is a 25 minute session.
